Swing from a tree, or fly a kite      just get….

 It’s good for you and me… EARTH ENERGY

When you’re getting bored choose one or two

Here’s a list to get you started heading out that door!...

Get your family and your dog and go take a walk 

With an adult, you can go for a swim….. 

Rake leaves in a great big pile….jump right in

Swinging and sliding, at the park you can play 

Flashlight, laser, freeze, or any other Tag 

Running through a sprinkler, Capture the flag.

Gunny sack, Hacky Sack, soccer, or Bocce 

Frisbee throw, put on a show, or play some field hocky 

Rollerbladding, skateboards, bikes, a helmet keeps you safe 

Sandbox, Bean Bag toss, and running in a race.

With boxes, hoses, chairs, build an obstacle course 

Play a cowboy game with a stick as a horse 

Red light Green Light and Eenie Ayenie Over 

Blow some bubbles, catch them, or just roll in the clover

Kick the Can, build a snow man, play some hopscotch 

Drop the Hankey, Duck Duck Goose, What time is it Mr. Fox? 

Snow shoes, Horse Shoes, Mother May I 

Fold some paper airplanes, see how far they can fly!

Basketball, baseball, , football, throw, pass, punt 

Simon Says, Hokey Pokey, Scavenger Hunt 

Now you have a good list of things you could do 

Go out and get Earth Energy, It’s so good for you!!!
